In recent weeks, the NLRB’s General Counsel has published several memorandums seeking to change labor law in the United States. From squelching employer free-speech and handcuffing management concerning workplace policies to allowing unions the ability to organize workers through traditional “card check” without conducting an election; the
world of labor relations is poised to change radically in the coming months. With the NLRB’s top attorney supporting new ways to assist labor unions representing and organizing
workers under the National Labor Relations Act, private sector employers with union and/or non-union workforces must know the very latest in developing labor law.

In this 90-minute webinar, management-side labor & employment attorneys with SmithAmundsen LLC will deliver an in-depth summary of the latest developments coming
from the NLRB in its attempt to revolutionize the law in order to help labor unions, control employees, and hurt employers.
