Beginners Yoga Workshop

Join Hannah & Nancy as they lead our first beginners yoga workshop in the new studio. Beginners Yoga Workshop is designed for people new to yoga, or those desiring to learn more and deepen their practice. Discover the many benefits of yoga… stress relief, increased strength & flexibility and an overall sense of balance and well-being in your body and in your life. If you have always wanted to try yoga but are not comfortable just dropping into an all-levels class… a beginner workshop is perfect for you!
Note: Class held in the hot room due to the size of the room. Heaters will not be utilized as part of this workshop. The 4pm Hot Power on this Sunday will be canceled.
