This month's Lunch & Learn will be held on February 20th from noon - 1 p.m. at Heartland Regional Medical Center, Classroom 1&4.

This Month's Topic: The Ingredients of Great Leadership
What is the recipe for being a great leader?  Wayne Tate will guide us in looking at great American leaders and what common qualities made them outstanding leaders.  Plus, how these ingredients made two high school soccer players great leaders.

Wayne’s leadership has included a business career as a CFO, CEO, and investment advisor for 36 years.  He has also served as a leader with the Marion Unit 2 School Board, Greater Marion Area United Way, Marion Rotary Club, Marion Soccer Assoc., Girl Scouts, River To River Residential Corp., and the Marion High School Girls Soccer team.

In a brief amount of time, you will receive the best leadership principles, interact with other growing leaders, and discuss how to apply effective practices to your organization.  After each Lunch & Learn, you will walk away with at least one mind changing idea that will create a desire for motivation and self-improvement. This is the perfect professional development opportunity to increase levels of influence and potential in yourself and in the teams you lead.
