It all started with two men who didn’t know a thing about security but knew a lot about good business. In 1977, Jim Dice and his father-in law Wayne Stanford purchased a one man security operation and started on a journey that the Lord has blessed far beyond what they imagined. Still today, Security Alarm is being led and managed by the same family and principles that it began with. It is the heart of the family to create a company culture that is woven together by four core values:
- We will honor God in everything we do.
- We will work hard, pursue excellence, and be continuous learners
- We will provide a WOW experience to all of our customers.
- We will provide an environment of care and personal growth for our employees.
WHAT WILL WE DO FOR YOU?
We will provide security installation at your home, farm, business, or any building really. Fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, panic buttons, burglar alarm, home automation: the list goes on and on. If it's security system related, chances are we can take care of you.
We will provide 24/hr monitoring of your system.
We will send you a sales man that truly wants what’s best for you. No, we aren’t blowing smoke, they really do. Many of our sales men have talked customers OUT of products because they know it’s not what is best for them. That means a loss of dollars on commission, but a better nights sleep knowing they helped the customer.
We will always send you fast and professional technicians. They are always where they say they will be, when they say they will be there because that’s what you deserve.
We will give you service that is next to none, and that is a promise. When you call with an issue that are in house technician can’t fix, we are usually there with 24 hours. It’s the part of our business that really sets us apart. We continue to take care of our customers for decades.
We will always happily answer your calls to the office. And guess what? No automated menus when you call. Now that’s a selling point right there. We hope to meet you soon. Take care!
