Temp-to-Permanent staffing is an excellent way for employers to bring new employees into their company with the intent of permanent placement. Priority Staffing Group uses progressive practices to recruit, interview and qualify applicants for specific job positions. We allow you to focus on your company without the headaches of recruiting applicants, sorting resumes, interviewing, test and hiring staff. We do it for you.
We also assume all liabilities for our employees including workers’ compensation claims, unemployment claims, and tax liabilities.
Client Guarantee
Priority Staffing Group offers a service guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with a temp-to-perm employee, simply contact your staffing manager within the first four (4) hours of the assignment and we’ll send you a replacement. You will not be billed for the unsatisfactory hours.
