This month's lunch presentation will feature Jeff McGoy. 2020...a new year...a new decade...a new YOU? This presentation will provide insight into how you can use the past, while living in the present to create the future you envision a reality.
More about Jeff McGoy: Jeff McGoy is a native of Cairo, Illinois. He is a motivational speaker who has been professionally speaking for 20 years at churches, prisons, schools, conferences, and providing self-help workshops. Other speaking engagements Jeff has been involved in are an emcee, keynote speaker, voice overs, radio commercials, in-game promotions and more.
Jeff uses creativity through either comedy, performance or a more serious focus to help audiences find inner connection to their own individual qualities that make them unique, different and authentic.
Jeff is a two-degree alumnus of Southern Illinois University Carbondale and has been in higher education for over 18 years having worked at the Community College and the University levels in Higher Education. He also spent three years working in Social Services.
He currently works at Southern Illinois University Carbondale as the Director of Exploratory Student Advisement and the Center for Learning Support Services.
He is also an artist who loves to write stories, poetry, perform in plays/productions, teaching speech/theater classes, loves to listen music and watch sports.
Jeff has a passion to assist others so their goals and dreams can become realities.
This month's lunch will be provided by the Marion Elks and will feature Country fried steak, mushed potatoes and gravy, candy carrots, salad and dinner roll.
