A 24 hour cancellation is required for all appointments. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, 30% of the appointment cost will be charged to your card, if one is not on file an invoice will be sent to you. No call no shows will be charged 100% of your missed appointment cost. If payment is not processed you will be blocked from booking with Southern Beauty Esthetics until paid in full. If no call no shows continue or you are constantly late to appointments you will also be permanently removed from booking with Southern Beauty Esthetics. I am a small business owner so your appointments are important to maintain and keep my business going. I understand that life happens so just please contact me and let me know if you need to cancel or reschedule so I can open that time slot to allow another client to book it, as I do drive far to make sure all my clients are taken care of. I am willing to work with anyone who is willing to contact me. I do not reward bad behavior. If you are late to your appointment it will end at the exact time it was originally scheduled for. My next client will not be punished by being short charged because the client before them was late, it is not right or fair to anyone. If your appointment is 30 minutes and you show up 10 minutes late do not expect to get the full service done, again it will end at the time it was scheduled to end NO EXCEPTIONS.
