Bob Swayze, FNP-BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner that has over 20 years of healthcare experience. Bob manages AST Primary Care with a team of highly trained and compassionate staff. We see patients of all ages and we are accepting new patients, walk-ins, and we offer same-day appointments!
We provide health & wellness for the entire family. We provide flu shots, in-office procedures, hormone replacement services for both men and women, botox for migraines and cosmetics, we draw labs for Quest, and more.
We are here for ALL of your healthcare needs and what you will find with us is that we treat every patient like family and we customize treatment for each patient because every patient is not the same.
