About Us

Progressive Rail's Crab Orchard & Egyptian Railroad (COER) is Marion's local freight railroad.  By interchanging railcars with both the Union Pacific and the BNSF Railroads, COER provides industries located along our line with rail access to any point in North America.

  Industries that are not located along the tracks can also take advantage of the economics of shipping by rail by using transload facilities where materials can be unloaded from railcars and loaded onto trucks or transferred from trucks to railcars.
