Join us for the groundbreaking of the new Towneplace Suites by Marriott in Marion. It will be located at the Northwest corner of Walton Way and Halfway Road (across from the Pilot station).
Parking will be available on site, and the ceremony will take place close to the Chamber Tent. Refreshments will be provided and more details will be posted here.
About Towneplace Suites by Marriott
Construction has broken ground on TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Marion, Illinois under JV Hospitality Group and SiLa Developments. The two companies are expanding their hospitality options in the area by developing in high-growth neighborhoods.
The TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Marion will be SiLa Developments first hotel in the Marion region when the TownePlace Suites by Marriott opens. The hotel will provide the neighborhood with 77 rooms and suites in total and offer guest suites with full kitchens, outdoor community patios with grills, free WiFi, on-site laundry, an upscale fitness centre, and an indoor pool. It is situated off Halfway Road and Walton Way close to interstate 57.
