Best Practices for Navigating the ADA Interactive Process
We will go over how to recognize when an employee needs a reasonable accommodation, steps employers should take to comply with the ADA interactive process including meetings with the employee, and forms employers can use to assist with the process.
Strategic use of Medical Evidence in Workers’ Compensation Claims
We will discuss the role of medical evidence at each phase of a workers’ compensation claim, types of medical evidence that can be used, legal restrictions on the use of medical evidence, and strategic considerations regarding how, when, and why to use different types of medical evidence.
