Event Description
On day 2 of our Memorial Day celebration we will have FREE ENTRY to our gardens and the Craft fair. The Craft Fair runs from 9am-3pm w/ Smokin' Snow's BBQ and Catering food truck, and Matt Basler playing live music from. 10am-2pm.

Outdoor Market: Saturday, May 27, 2023, Memorial Day Weekend Time: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, vendor set-up begins at 7 a.m. Location: 1702 N State St Marion, ILFee for Vendors: $25

Smokin' Snow's BBQ and Catering food truck
Spaces are approximately 10ft x 10ft and vendors will be set up along the walking paths of our garden. You provide your own tables, chairs, tent/canopy, and wi-fi. There will be a separate parking lot for vendors, and indoor restroom facilities. Sorry, no generators. Let us know if you will require electricity, and we will provide a drop cord to your location. (limited number of electrical outlets available) We will be providing a 50 amp outlet for the food truck as well.
We will review applications in the order they are submitted and within three days we will notify you whether your application has been approved or not. Acceptance of your application to participate in this market is not guaranteed. If your application is approved you will have three days to pay the $25 registration fee. Payment may be made with cash, credit card w/square, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp. Out-of-state vendors will be provided with Form IDOR-6-SETR, Special Event Tax Collection Report and Payment Coupon.
