The State of Illinois now requires employers to obtain an equal pay certification by submitting an affirmation to the State that their pay practices and policies adhere to equal pay principles set forth in State and Federal laws. Many other states are introducing legislation calling for more transparency and disclosure.; and pressure continues from various stakeholders to fully address pay equity issues. This presentation will explore some of the key trends in compensation administration practices to better meet employee expectations, maintain compliance, and positively impact organizational culture.
