Event Description
The Marion Chamber of Commerce Monthly Membership Luncheon will be held on Tuesday, April 9th.  This month, we will have the luncheon at a NEW LOCATIONHeartland Regional Medical Center.  Parking is available in the main hospital lot.  Enter Heartland Regional Medical Center at the Medical Office Building Entrance (north of main entrance, look for the chamber feather flags). Look for a member of our membership committee or take the elevator/stars to the Ground Floor.  We will be meeting in Classrooms 1-4.  Restrooms are located right next to the classrooms.

Lunch service begins at 11:45 a.m.  This month's lunch will be provided by HRMC.  Menu includes stuffed chicken, roasted potatoes, baby carrots, salad & cookie.  Drinks provided.

This month's presentation topic is a discussion panel hosted by the Marketing Committee and will cover online marketing trends and how the chamber can help!

Member Costs / Guests
Member registration for the event is $12 (payable to the Marion Chamber of Commerce) to those who RSVP prior to 3pm on the MONDAY before the luncheon. Members are allowed to bring guests. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged, since limited walk-ins are accepted.  Please note that the walk-in rate is $15.  
 
RSVP / Cancelation Information
If you register for an event and are unable to attend, a 24-hour notice is required or you will be invoiced. Note: If you have registered and are unable to attend, you may transfer to a fellow employee without penalty. A refund will only be given to those with a paid registration who cancel more than 24 hours prior to the event. 
 
Flyers / Member Information
If you would like to promote your upcoming events or programs, please send a PDF or JPG of your flyer to assistant@marionillinois.com to be included in a scrolling Power Point prior to the Luncheon. Printed flyers on the tables are reserved for the luncheon sponsor and chamber use. While members are welcome to bring flyers to the event, they will be placed at the luncheon entrance for pick up before or after the event. Extra flyers can be picked up after the event or used at the chamber office.
