This Month's Topic: The Ingredients of Great Leadership What is the recipe for being a great leader? Wayne Tate will guide us in looking at great American leaders and what common qualities made them outstanding leaders. Plus, how these ingredients made two high school soccer players great leaders.
Wayne’s leadership has included a business career as a CFO, CEO, and investment advisor for 36 years. He has also served as a leader with the Marion Unit 2 School Board, Greater Marion Area United Way, Marion Rotary Club, Marion Soccer Assoc., Girl Scouts, River To River Residential Corp., and the Marion High School Girls Soccer team.

The Marion Chamber of Commerce hosts a Lunch & Learn each month as part of the Leadership Marion program, sponsored by Heartland Regional Medical Center. Admission is $15 per Marion Chamber member ($20 for non-Chamber). Lunch and drinks provided courtesy of Heartland Regional Medical Center.
